Brian brings 2 decades of professional leadership, operations management, executive support, business analytics, coaching and performance development experience. He has developed hundreds of team members and leaders across U.S. and international locations in Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies. Brian and his teams have supported thousands of employees and scores of executives by enhancing both customer and employee experience with efficient organizational design, communications strategies, career development and mentoring.

Brian’s a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Financial Planning, and he earned his Master’s of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. He gained his professional experience in a variety of leadership and consultative roles in the banking industry.
Brian is married with two children in Westerville, Ohio. He races sportscars, coaches high performance driving, and is a race official at Mid Ohio Sportscar Course. Brian enjoys drawing, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
